As part of the Bach for Everyone Festival held each year around the time of Bach's birthday, music historian Gergely Fazekas will host a lecture on March 19th at the BMC Library.
The lecture focuses on a specific piece of music, the Goldberg Variations, a legendary cycle originally composed as a remedy for insomnia that no one has surpassed in keyboard composition technique over the last two hundred and eighty years.
