In 2014, László Melis began composing a work specifically for the Modern Art Orcheatra, but he never had the chance to finish it. The composition is titled Uncle Pepin's Tale, and its  only complete movement was performed by the band during their 2015 US tour. The work has been expanded and completed by Kornél Fekete-Kovács, the artistic director and lead soloist of the Modern Art Orchestra. MAO pays hommage to the memory of László Melis with this composition and several other fragments by Melis. The concert is part of the Átlátszó Hang / Transparent Sound Festival.

In the first 15 minutes of the concert, the Modern Art Orchestra will present a new piece by Col Legno who participates in the MAO Master Class program.
