Rebeka Nagy-Babos is a Transylvanian-born singer. She began her studies in the field of graphics, but years ago, as a result of his experiences at the Jazz and Improvisation Music Camp in Sepsiszentgyörgy, she decided to leave his profession to enter the field of music and turn to jazz. Thinking further their duo with jazz guitarist Péter Cseh, she founded his band at the end of 2019, supplemented by Márk Miskolczi (double bass) and Ádám Klausz (drums), in which he also uses her inspirations from jazz, folk and electronic music. In 2020, the quartet won the best band award voted by the international jury of the Müpa Jazz Showcase. Their programme features popular song covers that are colored with improvisation and other own ideas to create an intimate atmosphere.
