Only 11-year-old Aron Hodek from Komárno is already a phenomenal and globally recognized musician.  He has had incredible success since he was 6 years old.  Aron's talent is unique worldwide, primarily known for his bass guitar, music production and original writing. In 2021 he realeased his first single Never Give Up featuring Doobie Powell. His talent has been confirmed by famous artists such as the legendary producer Quincy Jones, Lenny Kravitz, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Charlie Puth, Chris Brown, Robert Glasper, Ben Williams and many others. This time, he will perform at the club with one of Slovakia’s prominent musicians, pianist Eugen Vizvary pianist and 18-year-old drummer phenomenon, Italian-Slovak Mattia Müller, who is studying at Berklee.

Áron Tálas Junior Prima, Gramofon, and Artisjus Award-winning jazz pianist and composer. He founded his trio in 2015. Two records were recorded on which his own compositions could be heard. Kornél Zipernovszky jazz critic wrote about their first album: "There are plenty of subtle references in Tálas's play, but that's incidental. The point is that beyond this virtuosity that is almost expected today, its originality, communicability, amazingly mature sense of form and musicality have produced something on this record that has its own world." Their second record, Littel Beggar, released by the BMC Records in 2018 was voted for "Jazz Record of the Year" by Gramofon magazine. In addition to the old compositions, new songs will be performed at this concert.

The young saxophonist-bandleader Kálmán Oláh Jr. draws his musical inspirations mainly from baroque and romantic classical music, from the compositions of Bach, Rachmaninov, Richard Strauss and Wagner, and tries to integrate the harmonic solutions and moods used by these composers into his own jazz compositions. He also invited another soloist, Sándor Molnár, to join his formation, so the musical message unfolds in the dialogue between the soprano and the tenor saxophone. When compiling this March concert repertoire, Kálmán selects from his own compositions and the contemporary, classically inspired compositions of his brother, the pianist Krisztián Oláh, so the audience can listen to the dynamic yet harmonious alternation of the musical world of the two brothers.

The event is co-organized by the Budapest Jazz Club and the Opus Jazz Club with the support of the Petőfi Cultural Agency.
